What our solutions deliver every day

Instead of quotes, we show what the solutions do and where they help companies: less manual work, more automation, fewer errors.

Retail, wholesale and procurement, millions of parcels

Mediashop

Mediashop runs its entire day in Intendo ERP: from buying the goods through the warehouse to supplying consumers and retailers, shipping and returns. The paths in between run through agents working in the background.

What the solution does

  1. Order import: Orders from the shop are created as orders with all items and totals.
  2. Retail and wholesale: The system supplies consumers through the shop and retailers in wholesale, with their own prices and terms per channel and country.
  3. Procurement: Suppliers, purchase prices and purchase orders live in the same system. Item data comes from the product information system and is imported automatically.
  4. Warehouse and logistics: The ERP is the leading system for stock and posts it in the background. Several logistics partners are connected: each delivery goes to the right partner.
  5. Invoice and returns: Invoices are created for delivered orders, and the invoice PDF is attached to the order in the CRM. Returns are booked back, and shop and ERP are compared continuously.
  6. Up to 16 agents work in parallel around the clock.

Where it helps the company

Less manual work

Nobody creates orders, deliveries or invoices by hand.

Automated processes

The daily business also runs at night and on weekends.

Fewer errors

Discrepancies between shop and ERP are noticed immediately. Double entry is gone.

A picture of the business

One status light per agent shows in the dashboard what is running and where it stalls.

One system for retail and wholesale

Consumers and retailers are supplied from the same stock. Prices, stock and documents do not have to be maintained twice.

Transport and logistics

Vögel Transporte

Vögel Transporte runs warehouse logistics for its customers in Intendo ERP, connected directly to the customer’s SAP. The goal was a process in which every item is clearly assigned and nothing is mixed up in the warehouse.

What the solution does

  • From its SAP, the customer reports the goods to be stored and retrieved, including what is already on the truck.
  • On-site staff receive the goods at the warehouse, check them and pick with the smartscanner.
  • Every item is clearly assigned and confirmed by scan.

How it helps the company

  • Errors down to zero: Scanning and clear item assignment leave no room for mix-ups.
  • Informed in advance: The warehouse knows what is coming before the truck arrives.
  • Directly connected: Orders come from the customer’s SAP, without retyping.

Medical devices

Orthoscoot

Orthoscoot runs its complete merchandise management in Intendo ERP, including repair and maintenance of its medical devices and rental to consumers and medical supply stores.

What the solution does

  • The complete merchandise management runs in one system: purchasing, warehouse, sales and invoicing.
  • Repair and maintenance are managed per device, with maintenance cycles according to the MDR.
  • Damage is recorded and remains traceable per device.
  • A rental module serves consumers and medical supply stores.

How it helps the company

  • Maintenance in view: The MDR cycles are managed instead of being tracked in lists.
  • Complete history: Repairs and damage are documented per device.
  • Sales and rental in one system: The same devices, the same data, no separate solutions.

Fulfilment and warehouse logistics

Entry GmbH

Entry handles warehouse logistics and shipping for more than 50 clients, in its own warehouse and directly on site at the logistics provider. The goods range from small items and medical products to food and fitness equipment, and each client brings its own shop system.

What the solution does

  • More than 50 clients are connected, with the most varied shop systems, from Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce to Shopware.
  • Warehouse logistics runs in its own warehouse and directly on site at the logistics provider.
  • For goods that require batch tracking, such as tea, honey or creams, batches are managed and remain traceable.
  • The shipping partners are connected: Post CH, Post AT, DPD, DHL and GLS.
  • Data flows fully automatically from the customer’s shop system into the warehouse, to the parcel carrier and back into the customer’s shop.

How it helps the company

  • Fully automatic: Between the order in the shop and the parcel at the customer, nobody retypes anything.
  • One process for all shop systems: New clients fit into the same process.
  • The shop stays informed: What was shipped goes back to the customer’s shop automatically.
