1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website and for telephone availability is:
Intendo GmbH
Egeten 1, 6841 Mäder, Austria
Telephone: +43 5577 21311
Email: office@intendo.at
Company register: FN 636295d, Regional Court of Feldkirch
VAT ID: ATU81132203
If you have questions about data protection, you can reach us at office@intendo.at.
2. General
You can generally use our website without providing personal data. We process personal data only as far as this is necessary to provide the website, to handle your enquiries or for another reason stated here. Where we collect data, we do so voluntarily wherever possible. We do not pass data on to third parties without your consent, unless this is described here or required by law.
Please note that data transmission on the internet, for example by email, can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit our website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page visited before. This is necessary to deliver the page, to ensure its security and stability and to detect misuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 30 days.
Our website is operated on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, located in a data centre in Spain (European Union). IONOS processes the technical data mentioned as a processor on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not integrate any tracking services. Technically necessary storage, for example the selected language, does not require consent.
5. Contact (email, contact form, demo request, workshop registration)
If you write to us by email or use the demo request form or the registration form for the live workshop, we process the information you give us: name, company, email address, telephone number and your message or comment. We use it to answer your enquiry, to arrange a demo appointment, to handle your registration for the live workshop, to let you know the date of the next workshop and to contact you if we have questions.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request or registration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies, at the latest after 12 months without further contact. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply.
6. Telephone assistant
If you call +43 5577 21311, your call is answered by a digital assistant using artificial intelligence. It identifies itself as an AI at the start of the conversation.
What is processed: The conversation is not recorded. The assistant does, however, create a text transcript of the conversation and summarises your request. For this we process your telephone number, the information you give during the call (for example name, company, email address, request, preferred appointment) and the date, time and duration of the call.
Purpose: We use it to take down your request and to arrange a call back by a member of staff. The assistant does not forward calls.
Legal basis: Your enquiry and the preparation of a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in a reachable telephone service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Objection: If you do not want your request to be stored as text, please say so at the start of the call. You can then reach us directly by email at office@intendo.at.
Recipients: To operate the telephone assistant we use fonio GmbH, Neustiftgasse 73-75/3/7, 1070 Vienna, Austria (fonio.ai) as processor. fonio processes the data only on our instructions and uses further service providers for the technical operation (telephony, speech recognition, speech output, language model, hosting). We provide a current list of fonio's sub-processors on request.
Where data is transferred to the USA in this context, this takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR).
Retention: The text transcript is deleted after 30 days, call-back data once the enquiry has been dealt with, at the latest after 12 months without further contact.
No automated decision-making: The assistant does not make decisions with legal effect for you. It takes requests, and a member of staff decides on everything else.
7. Appointment booking
To arrange demo appointments we use the scheduling service Calendly of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main Street, Buford, GA 30518, USA. If you choose an appointment via the booking link, Calendly processes the data you enter there (name, email address, chosen appointment, if you wish telephone number, company and your details in the free text field) as well as technical data such as your IP address. We receive this data in order to hold the appointment and send you a confirmation and reminder by email.
The legal basis is your enquiry and the preparation of a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The calendar is only loaded after you click “Load calendar”. Only then does your browser connect to Calendly, and cookies or similar technologies may be set. By clicking you give your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).
8. Savings calculator
The entries in the savings calculator are calculated exclusively in your browser. They are not transmitted to us or to third parties and are not stored. If you want to share the results with us, this only happens through an enquiry as described in section 5.
9. Disclosure of data
Your data is only passed on to service providers who support us under a data processing agreement (hosting, telephone assistant, email operation) and where we are legally obliged to do so. Data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
10. Transfers to third countries
Some service providers who support us with the telephone assistant via fonio are based in the USA or process data there. In these cases the transfer relies on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). To the best of our knowledge, no transfer to third countries takes place when our website is hosted with IONOS in the European Union (Spain). Where IONOS uses further processors for individual services, the requirements of the data processing agreement and Art. 44 et seq. GDPR apply.
11. External links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for the content and data processing of the linked pages. When you click a link, its privacy information applies.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
- withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
To exercise them, contact office@intendo.at. We generally answer requests within one month.
13. Complaint
You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law:
Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde)
Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna
www.dsb.gv.at
14. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access restrictions and a permissions concept.
15. Objection to advertising
We expressly object to the use of the contact details published in the imprint by third parties for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, for example spam emails.
16. Changes
We adapt this policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies. Status: October 2026.
